Dr. Yeliz Karakoca
Dr. Yeliz Karakoca, completed my medical training between the years of 1998-2004 at Akdeniz Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi. I started dermatology specialty education in İstanbul Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi, Dermatology Clinic, and completed the program in 2011 as a Dermatology Specialist Doctor. I completed my mandatory service by working in Şanlıurfa Mehmet Akif İnan Eğitim Araştırma Hastanesi between 2012 and 2013.
I returned to Istanbul and started working at İstanbul Medipol Üniversitesi Esenler Sağlık Uygulama Merkezi Hastanesi. Right after, I started practicing in Süleymaniye Kadın Doğum ve Çocuk Hastalıkları Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi. I enjoyed working tshere between the years of 2015-2018 in the General Dermatology Policlinic and set-up the pediatric dermatology clinic, supporting children with dermatologic diseases. During 2018-2019 in Medicana Bahçelievler Hastanesi, and 2019-2022 in Memorial Bahçelievler Hastanesi where I was devoted to treating my patients. Since December 2022 I am continuing my career in my own clinic.
The major areas I have expertise in Dermatology are: Acne, rosacea, psoriasis, hair loss, pediatric dermatology, mole inspection and lazer applications. Related to Medical Aesthetic Filler and Botulinum Toxin, lifting with threads, mesotherapy, regional shaping, scar removal, acne scar treatment, hair prp-mesotherapy-exosome therapy and hair transplant. I continue my career development by attending local and international trainings and seminars to be updated by latest knowledge and trends.
